  1、牛骨洗淨,放入沸水中汆燙去除血水;

  2、撈起做法1的豬大骨,以清水沖起幹淨備用;

  3、玉米洗淨剝除葉子;姜洗淨切片狀,備用;

  4、将做法2的牛骨、做法3的玉米、姜片及所有調味料一起入鍋煮至沸騰;

  5、轉中小火繼續炖煮約40分鐘,過濾材料、撈除浮沫取湯汁即可。
