  1、用沸水和面,揉好後将面團擀成薄薄的面片,在上面均勻的抹上一層植物油,再撒點鹽,然後把面片卷起來,将面卷的兩頭捏緊,切成大小均勻的團,擀成餅就可以放入平底鍋了。

  2、鍋要先燒熱,倒少量油可以使餅更香,用小火慢慢兩面烤烙10分鐘左右即可。 食用時由周邊向中間拍打,口感會更加酥脆可口。
