  1、老豆腐250克、新鮮紅尖椒4個、蔥、蒜末各1大勺、鹽、雞精、黑胡椒粉、花椒鹽各1/2小勺、食用油适量。紅尖椒去蒂去籽切小圈,蔥、蒜切末備用。

  2、老豆腐洗淨後切成2cm見方的小塊。

  3、大火燒熱炸鍋,倒入油大火燒至八成熱(油鍋冒出油煙來)時,将豆腐一塊一塊入鍋,以防粘連。
