鹹楊梅的家常做法竅門

  1、材料:楊梅1千克、食鹽40克、紅糖100克、冷水300毫升。

  2、做法:将八成熟的楊梅洗淨。把楊梅放入鍋中,加入30克食鹽拌勻,腌漬1天,使其水分析出。然後用清水漂洗掉苦味及鹽分。取食鹽10克放入鍋中,倒入楊梅和50毫升冷水,腌漬2天後撈出放在竹屜上晾曬1天。将紅糖和冷水250毫升及曬幹的鹹楊梅放入鍋中,用大火煮沸後改用小火煮15~25分鐘,即可離火。将煮好的楊梅撈出,放在竹屜上晾曬1天即成。

  3、産品特點:帶有楊梅的香味,且鹹中帶甜,風味别緻,适宜喜食鹹味者食用。
