  1、将蒜頭除去根須,剝去外面蒜衣,留蒜衣2~3層。

  2、取清潔盛具,放入蒜頭,加鹽拌和,腌1~2天。

  3、将糖、醋放入鍋中煮沸、晾涼,倒入盛蒜頭的盛具中,糖醋汁要浸沒蒜頭,再将蓋子蓋上(或用紙封好),每天輕輕攪動1至2次,連續2至5天,40天後即可食用。 特點: 色澤乳白,酸甜不辣。
