  1、材料:豬肉泥200克,蝦仁25克,雞蛋1個,香菇片、胡蘿蔔片、竹筍片、青豆各适量。鹽、白糖、香油、料酒、澱粉,胡椒粉、雞湯各适量。

  2、蝦仁洗淨剁泥。和豬肉泥一起加雞蛋、澱粉、鹽、料酒、白糖攪勻,擠成小丸子;胡蘿蔔片、竹筍片,青豆分别焯燙備用。

  3、鍋中加雞湯煮沸,放丸子、胡蘿蔔、筍片、香菇片,青豆,煮熟,加鹽、香油、胡椒粉調味。
