  1、首先杏鮑菇切片,蔥姜切碎,黃瓜切片,肉切片,肉入碗,加醬油,料酒,鹽,雞精,糖,拌勻。

  2、然後放入澱粉,拌勻,鍋中給油,将肉放入翻炒至九成熟即可。

  3、最後煸炒杏鮑菇,去水,重新起鍋放蔥姜,放肉炒,倒入杏鮑菇,蚝油,黃瓜片,淋上澱粉水,香油,翻炒勻即可出鍋。
