  1、原料準備:芒果130克,安慕希芝士波波酸奶100克,淡奶油100克,牛奶10克,煉乳15克;

  2、将芒果、牛奶、煉乳倒入料理機打成芒果泥,将芒果泥和酸奶混合均勻;

  3、奶油打發至有紋路,與芒果酸奶泥混合;

  4、倒入模具,冷凍6小時以上,大概可以做5個80g的雪糕。
