  1、食材:老母雞半隻、榴蓮殼四分之一個、榴蓮核2顆、蜜棗2粒、鹽适量。

  2、雞洗淨剁小塊,淖水。

  3、榴蓮殼取白瓤和殼,殼要去外皮,露出白色部分,一同放入湯煲中。

  4、大火燒開後轉小火60分鐘,最後加入枸杞,調入食鹽。
