  1、主料鴨子500克,海帶500克,泡椒6粒,酸菜1塊,姜1個,蒜1個,料酒1勺,豆粉1勺。

  2、鴨子宰塊海帶提前泡好,鴨子放入豆粉料酒鹽老抽拌勻腌制5分鐘。

  3、鍋中倒油炒姜蒜爆香鴨子。

  4、加泡椒泡菜炒香。加2碗水燒開。

  5、加入海帶絲一起小火燒大概30分鐘,裝盤。
