用料:豬蹄1隻、黃豆适量、鹽、姜适量、生抽适量、五香粉适量。

1、豆子頭天晚上泡發備用。

2、豬蹄放入鍋中燒開。過水,撇去浮沫,撈起備用。

3、黃豆,豬蹄,姜放入壓力鍋的炖鍋中。

4、加入生抽、鹽、五香粉再加入适量水炖半個小時即可。
