辣鹵炒年糕做法步驟

  1、用料:黃瓜一根或半根,年糕半袋,青椒一個或一個半 西紅柿一個,韓式辣醬3勺。

  2、倒油,然後放入青椒,黃瓜,西紅柿稍後放,放入适當的鹽。

  3、炒的八分熟後加水,繼續炒,炒到有點兒稀的湯。

  4、放入切塊兒的年糕,放入之前要把辣醬澆到年糕上、一部分跟年糕在一起,之後都混到一起炒,美味的辣鹵年糕就誕生了。
