  1、主料:雞蛋100克,番茄150克。

  2、調料:澱粉(玉米)5克,雞精2克,大蒜(白皮)5克,大蔥5克。

  3、日常做法:雞蛋磕入碗攪勻;澱粉加水調開;蒜瓣切片;炒菜鍋放少量的油,然後放蒜片;待出香味,放番茄翻炒到皮軟出汁,放适量的水、雞精、鹽炒勻;水開了慢慢把濕澱粉倒進鍋中,并不停攪動。

  4、鍋再次開後,用筷子攪拌着雞蛋慢慢轉着倒進去;再次開鍋即可關火,裝湯盆,撒蔥花。
