  1、洋蔥、紅椒洗淨後切成約6-8厘米長的細絲,金針菇洗淨去根後整理成同樣的長度,将培根條展開在案闆上鋪平,在一端放上适量的蔬菜絲。

  2、用培根将蔬菜卷緊,卷至末端用牙簽穿過培根以固定。

  3、鍋熱後,直接将培根卷放在鍋中,中火煎8-10分鐘,中途翻面,使培根卷受熱均勻,待培根卷整體呈焦黃色乘盤即可。
