  1、腌魚是不需要清洗幹淨再腌的。

  2、若是在腌制前用水清洗,就會将魚肉裡面含有的微生物和血水清洗掉,這樣就會導緻魚失去特有的香味,将魚清洗後,還會導緻魚肉更容易感染細菌,出現變質情況,不清洗的話,最久可以腌制8-10天左右,更利于保存。
