  1、食材:雞爪500g,檸檬半個,小米椒5個,白醋20g,生抽150g,冰糖100g。

  2、先浸泡雞爪,泡出血水;

  3、剁去雞爪指甲,切成兩半;

  4、起鍋燒水,把雞腳放入煮熟,撈出雞腳防水涼水中沖洗。

  5、把小米椒切了,檸檬切片,放入生抽,白醋,冰糖,攪拌。

  6、把雞爪撈出過水,放入并充分攪拌即可。
