雙黃蛋的做法和配方

  1、鹹蛋黃3個,牛奶40克,淡奶油160克。

  2、淡奶油加入細砂糖,打至六分發,鹹蛋黃蒸熟後碾碎,與30克牛奶混合均勻。

  3、鹹蛋糊裡加入40克之前打發的淡奶油,翻拌均勻,剩餘的牛奶和淡奶油混合,翻拌均勻,分别裝入裱花袋。

  4、圓形小模具擺在雪糕模中間,鹹蛋糊擠進圓模裡,外邊填滿奶油糊,輕輕把圓模提起來,夾心就做好了。

  5、插好木棍後,雪糕模輕輕震兩下,攤平奶糊,蓋蓋子冷凍過夜即可。
