  1、兔子洗淨剁塊;兔子肉用水焯一下;

  2、熱鍋涼油,待油七成熱時,放花椒、八角、辣椒炒出香味;

  3、然後放蔥、姜、蒜,炒出香味後放焯好的兔子肉炒5分鐘;

  4、接着放料酒、老抽、鹽、糖;

  5、待炒出糖色後,加水、桂皮;(水要一次加夠)

  6、待肉熟爛時,加入青、紅椒煸炒幾下,關火;

  7、關火後滴入幾滴醋、香油、雞粉就可以裝盤了。
