葫芹的腌制方法

  1、原料:鮮嫩湖芹菜二斤、精鹽五錢、香油五分、特醋三錢、醬油三錢。

  2、制法:将芹菜摘葉揀淨,削去毛根,洗淨。切成五分長節,入開水鍋裡焯一下,之後撒上精鹽拌勻,食用時澆上醬油、特醋、香油,也可澆入花椒油其味更長。醋不可早放,否則菜會變黃。

  3、特點:翠綠香嫩,富有營養。
