1、火車票時間過了點不能退票，隻能改簽，隻能改一次。
2、火車票退票手續費火車票退票手續費新規定實行梯次退票，網上退票手續費和其他退票方式扣費無異。
3、對開車前15天(不含)以上退票的，不收取退票費。
4、票面乘車站開車前48小時以上的，退票時收取票價5%的退票費。
5、開車前24小時以上、不足48小時的，退票時收取票價10%的退票費。
6、開車前不足24小時的，退票時收取票價20%退票費。
7、注意：針對梯次退票存在的“改簽規避”漏洞，鐵路部門發布新的火車票退改簽規定，無論網上、窗口訂票，都隻能改簽1次。
