  1、材料:五花肉300克、雞蛋3個、大料2粒、桂皮1片、澱粉适量、食用油50克、醬油1小匙、番茄醬1小匙、香醋1小匙、精鹽1大匙、白糖1小匙。

  2、五花肉加鹽、大料、桂皮、水,大火煮沸,改小火煮 1 小時,撈出放涼切厚片;雞蛋打散,加澱粉、香醋、醬油後調成蛋糊,放入肉片沾裹均勻;炒鍋内放油燒熱,将肉片炸至酥黃,盛起;把糖、香醋、番茄醬、水調勻做蘸料。
