  1、将酵母用溫水化開,加面粉倒入廚師機内膽中。

  2、啟動3檔揉成團,靜置10分鐘。

  3、豬肉裡加入蔥和蒜,用絞肉機絞成肉泥。

  4、将面團擀成長方形,表面刷一層油,撒上十三香和鹽。

  5、将肉餡全部抹在一邊。

  6、将面皮卷起,分割成六份。

  7、鍋裡倒入油,放入面胚煎至兩面金黃。
