  1、嫩仔雞250克,生姜5克,芹菜10克,紅椒1隻,鮮木耳10克,花生油12克,鹽6克,味精2克,胡椒粉少許,濕生粉适量,麻油1克。

  2、嫩仔雞斬成條,生姜去皮切絲,芹菜去葉、根切段,鮮木耳洗淨切條。紅椒切條。

  3、嫩仔雞加少許鹽、味精、濕生粉抓一抓,燒鍋下油,待油熱時.投入雞條炒至八成熟,倒出待用。

  4、另燒鍋下油,放入姜絲、芹菜、紅椒條、鮮木耳炒片刻,加入雞條,調入鹽、味精、胡椒粉,用中火炒透,再用濕生粉勾芡,淋入麻油即成。
