  1、白菜去掉外面的老葉,一切為二。

  2、鍋裡放水,煮開後放入白菜四面都燙一下,擺入盒中。白菜的兩面都要撒上鹽。

  3、依次放好白菜後,倒入水淹過白菜。

  4、白菜上壓個碗使白菜全部泡在水裡。蓋上蓋子。先在室内放幾天,再移到陽台。20幾天後就可以食用了!
