  1、北豆腐520g、小蔥80g、大蔥40g、白糖10g、澱粉10g、食用油20g、蚝油20g、生抽20g、鹽2g。小蔥對折起來,切成蔥絲。

  2、蔥絲放入清水中浸泡一下,大蔥切圈備用,豆腐切小塊備用。

  3、碗中倒入蚝油、生抽、鹽、白糖、澱粉和清水,攪拌均勻。

  4、鍋中熱油,倒入豆腐,煎至表面金黃,盛出備用。鍋中倒入大蔥煸香,倒入醬汁,翻炒至醬汁濃稠。

  5、倒入豆腐,翻炒均勻。出鍋後,用蔥絲點綴即可。
