  1、食材:海鲈魚500克。

  2、調料:油,鹽,料酒,姜,胡椒粉均适量。

  3、海鲈魚去鱗,去鰓,去肚,洗淨。

  4、把尾巴切下,用鹽,姜,料酒,腌30分鐘入味。

  5、切成厚片,擦幹水份。

  6、鍋裡油熱,放下魚片,中火煎。

  7、兩面煎透。

  8、撒些胡椒粉即可。
