  1、首先蘿蔔去皮,切成蘿蔔絲,加鹽腌制備用。

  2、然後将少許鹽和面粉混合,加上蔥花,加兩個雞蛋,前面腌好的蘿蔔絲,加鹽,加五香粉。攪拌均勻。

  3、平底鍋燒熱加油,下入餅,過兩分鐘翻一下面,兩面煎至金黃即可。
