紅糖煮湯圓的做法步驟

  1、材料:西米、糯米粉、雞蛋1隻、枸杞籽幾粒、紅糖适量。

  2、鍋放水燒開,放西米,慢火煮;

  3、水和糯米粉攪拌,稀稠程度隻要能搓成團就可以了,用手搓成湯圓;

  4、等西米煮至大半透明時,放湯圓,稍滾下,再加少許冷水,再滾;

  5、滾至湯圓浮起,加紅糖和枸杞子,煮至沸騰,關火,立即打入雞蛋,攪拌一會即可。
