  1、雞胸肉切塊,加入料酒、生抽、澱粉,拌勻備用;

  2、蘑菇洗淨,切片備用;

  3、紅椒洗淨,切塊備用;

  4、熱鍋,放入适量橄榄油,入雞塊,炒至斷生;如果雞塊粘鍋,加少量水繼續翻炒;

  5、放入蘑菇片,繼續翻炒;

  6、加入一小勺蒜蓉豆豉醬,繼續翻炒;

  7、放入紅椒,繼續翻炒;

  8、根據個人口味,适量翻炒後,即可出鍋。
