  1、食材:排骨300g,苦菜50g,鹽10g,雞精少許。

  2、首先将苦菜幹洗淨後用水泡一會。

  3、排骨洗幹淨開水下鍋,放料酒,姜,煮至排骨變白撈出洗幹淨備用。

  4、把泡好的苦菜幹和排骨放高壓鍋,水放到沒過食材即可。

  5、高壓鍋上氣後壓十分鐘就可以了。
