  1、工具/原料:榴蓮、雞蛋、芝麻、白糖.

  2、準備一個大榴蓮,榴蓮去殼放入碗中,加白糖揉成泥,兌成泥,放在蛋撻盒中,把口封上。

  3、一百八十度烤十八分鐘,去掉錫紙,刷上蛋黃,撒上黑芝麻再烤五分鐘。家庭版榴蓮酥做好了。
