青椒土豆做法步驟

  1、原料:土豆,青椒。

  2、調料:鹽,味精,色拉油。

  3、将土豆去皮切0.2cm見方的絲。

  4、将青椒去把,去籽,去筋,切與土豆絲同樣粗的絲。

  5、燒一鍋水,水開放少許色拉油、鹽,和切好的土豆絲飛水至7成熟。倒出瀝水備用。

  6、鍋中留底油,中油溫放入青椒炒出香味,後放入土豆絲,炒制炒至8成熟時加入鹽和味精調味。和勻後起鍋裝盤即可。
