  1、主料:牛奶500克

  2、輔料:瓊脂10克,桂花15克,杏仁100克

  3、調料:白砂糖15克,冰糖10克,香精2克

  4、将杏仁磨成粉後按10%加水稀釋;

  5、杏仁漿和牛奶按1:1混合;

  6、将加入杏仁漿的牛奶加入适量白糖;

  7、将瓊脂按1%濃度加入水溶解,放入奶内再加入少許杏仁香精,攪拌均勻後分裝入碗内晾涼凝固;

  8、食用時,把碗内凝乳用刀劃成菱形或方形塊,再澆入桂花冰糖水。
