  1、主料:鲟魚500克。輔料:粉條50克。調料:大蔥10克,姜6克,料酒10克,蚝油5克,醬油3克,白砂糖5克,胡椒粉4克,澱粉(玉米)4克。

  2、紅鲟(鲟魚)殺好,剝除肺葉,洗淨内髒,切小塊,在肉面沾少許幹澱粉,用油略煎;

  3、另用2大匙油爆香1根蔥、2片姜,焦黃時撈出,以餘油炒紅鲟塊,加入所有調葉料和1杯清水燒開,改小火煮;

  4、綠豆粉條用熱小泡軟,煎兩段,放入紅鲟中同煮入味,5分鐘後盛入小沙鍋内,撒下蔥花即可關火,盛出食用。
