番茄炒雞蛋的做法

  1、材料:雞蛋3個、西紅柿150克;

  2、配料:植物油4湯匙,鹽适量,糖1小勺。

  3、将西紅柿洗淨後用沸水燙一下,去皮、去蒂,切片待用。

  4、将雞蛋打入碗中,加鹽,用筷子充分攪打均勻待用。

  5、炒鍋放油3湯匙燒熱,将雞蛋放入鍋中炒熟盛出待用。

  6、将剩餘的油燒熱,下西紅柿片煸炒,放鹽、糖炒片刻,倒入雞蛋翻炒幾下出鍋即成。
