  1、材料:豆類60g、粳米80g、糯米20g、紅米10g、糙米10g。

  2、做法:豆類材料最好泡上一夜。全部食品材料清洗幹淨。滴上幾滴油。煮出來較光亮。一點點鹽。加水約200毫升。還可加點燕麥片。注:燕麥片要最後放,放早了,水的量較難掌握,因燕麥片吸水。蓋鍋用煮飯檔加壓。解壓後即可食用。
