  1、身體平躺在墊子上,雙腿彎曲踩地,可以用其他人固定腿部,雙臂屈肘,雙手半握拳分别放到耳側,然後深吸氣,呼氣時,想象脊椎一節一節的離地起身,感覺腹肌充分發力。使雙肘盡可能觸碰膝關節。

  2、使得腹部卷起到最高點,停頓兩秒後身體下落時呼氣。下落到肩部着地,頭部不要貼地的程度再起身,然後反複進行練習。
