  1、貝殼買回來放水裡讓貝殼把泥沙慢慢吐出來,中間多換幾次水。

  2、取炒菜鍋燒熱,放入花生油燒至七八成熱,放姜蒜炒炒香味,再倒下貝殼炒。

  3、放點鹽巴炒到貝殼變顔色了,就把紫稣芹菜放下炒,取鍋時放點生抽,把蔥段也放下翻炒。

  4、等貝殼一炒都開了就可以開吃。
