臘肉炒胡蘿蔔絲教程

  1、食材:胡蘿蔔300g、臘肉200g、青椒1個、大蒜5g、小蔥5g、油20ml、鹽适量。

  2、胡蘿蔔去皮切成絲,青椒切成絲備用;

  3、臘肉洗幹淨切成小塊備用;

  4、大蒜切成沫,小蔥切成段備用;

  5、鍋中燒幹,放入适量油燒開,再放入臘肉小炒;

  6、臘肉炒出油之後放入胡蘿蔔絲和青椒絲一起小炒;

  7、胡蘿蔔炒至8成熟之後放入适量鹽炒均勻,再放入先前切好的大蒜和小蔥一起炒均勻即可盛起來食用。
