  1、鴨脯肉洗淨用清水泡去血污瀝幹,茭白2根洗淨切成薄片。

  2、把鴨脯肉連皮切成薄片,用鹽、五香粉和料酒腌制片刻,大蒜切片,大蔥切段。

  3、鍋中放油燒熱,下入花椒、蔥段、蒜片、野山椒煸炒出香味。

  4、下入腌制好的鴨肉大火煸炒至鴨肉變色。

  5、倒入切好的茭白片,調入1勺老抽,1勺生抽繼續大火煸炒。

  6、調入蚝油,鹽炒到茭白稍軟即可。
