青檸咖喱炒豆腐

  1、在炒鍋或大煎鍋裡用高火熱花生油,放豆腐翻炒至金黃色。起鍋備用,油留在鍋裡。

  2、把姜末和咖喱醬放入熱油中幾秒,咖喱醬就會出香味,而且姜也變金黃色。加夏南瓜丁和辣椒丁翻炒1分鐘。倒入青檸汁、醬油、楓糖椰奶和豆腐。待椰奶燒開後再煮幾分鐘,讓蔬菜變軟、豆腐熱透。上桌前加切碎的九層塔并攪拌即可。
