炸雞黃油蜂蜜做法

  1、雞翅正反劃刀,倒入半袋牛奶,胡椒粉适量,生抽2勺,腌制2小時;

  2、腌制好後把牛奶倒掉,加入一顆雞蛋,三勺子澱粉,攪拌,使雞翅充分裹滿蛋液;

  3、把沾有蛋液的雞翅裹滿面包糠;

  4、鍋内加入油,中小火把油加熱;

  5、用筷子沾點雞蛋液放入鍋内可以試試油溫;

  6、加入雞翅炸熟撈出(自己控制火候,别炸糊了);

  7、大火升高油溫,複炸一次上色;

  8、另起鍋,加入黃油,蜂蜜,一勺醬油,小火攪拌起泡,加入控好油的雞翅翻炒,裹上醬汁即可。
