  1、可以做紅棗淮山湯。

  2、材料:紅棗10粒,淮山300克左右,桂圓肉若幹,白砂糖。

  3、功效:紅棗補血益氣,淮山健脾保胃,這兩者美容的佳品再加上超級潤補的桂圓,真是好喝又養顔,是冬天的美容滋補好靓湯。

  4、做法:将洗幹淨的紅棗提前泡軟,淮山去皮後切成小塊,然後把二者一起放進水中燒開,直到煮的軟爛為止。這時,再向鍋中加入桂圓肉和半勺砂糖。煮開,待桂圓肉軟爛後即可關火食用。
