  1、豌豆150克,火腿50克,豆腐200克,熟豬油50克,肉湯、精鹽、味精、澱粉、芝麻油各适量。

  2、豌豆洗淨瀝幹,火腿切丁。

  3、豆腐切方丁,放沸水鍋中焯透,撈出瀝水。

  4、炒鍋置火上,加入熟豬油燒熱,下豌豆、豆腐丁及火腿丁,加鹽、味精炒勻,倒入肉湯,用澱粉勾芡,淋入芝麻油,起鍋裝盤即成。
