1、室溫宜為26～28攝氏度，若為新生兒，則室溫宜為27～29攝氏度。如室溫不夠，可用電暖器或電熱器增加溫度；
2、水溫宜為39～41攝氏度。先放冷水，然後再放熱水調試，最好用水溫表測溫度較為準确，如不具備可用大人肘部皮膚測試，以不燙為好。
