  1、米飯(蒸)100克,牛肉瘦100克,南瓜50克,胡蘿蔔50克,白砂糖15克。

  2、胡蘿蔔洗淨,切塊;

  3、南瓜洗淨,去皮,切塊待用;

  4、将牛肉洗淨,切塊,焯水;

  5、倒入高湯,加入牛肉,燒至牛肉八分熟;

  6、下胡蘿蔔塊和南瓜塊,放入白糖調味;

  7、至南瓜和胡蘿蔔酥爛時即可;

  8、飯裝盆打底,澆上炒好的牛肉即可。
