  1、食材;鴿子2隻、紅棗5顆、枸杞2湯匙、圓肉10來顆、茶樹菇1小把、黨參6根、淮山4-5片、北芪4片。

  2、鍋内燒熱水,倒入1茶匙白酒,将乳鴿下鍋煮至出血沫,将水倒掉,将乳鴿洗淨;

  3、将香蔥打成結,與乳鴿同煮,姜片一起放入沙鍋中;

  4、大火煮開,加入香菇、紅棗、中藥材,用中小火炖一個半小時;

  5、山藥去皮切段,與枸杞入鍋,繼續炖半小時,加鹽即可。
