  1、食材:菱角半斤、小蔥1根、鹽1/4勺。

  2、新鮮菱角洗淨,小蔥切段備用。

  3、菱角下鍋,再加3碗冷水,煮開。

  4、水開後馬上出鍋,不宜煮太久,會影響口感,

  5、油燒熱,重新倒入菱角翻炒約2分鐘,放入1/4勺鹽,即可出鍋。

  6、撒上蔥花點綴即可。
