  1、材料:光雞項600克,濕香菇50克,竹筍75 克,姜片15克,蔥白10克,白糖2茶匙,蚝油1茶匙,醬油1/2茶匙,料酒1茶匙,鹽1/5茶匙,味精1/4茶匙,二湯200克,胡椒粉1/5茶匙。

  2、将雞砍成塊狀,腌漬上漿,将雞塊放入4成油鍋内炸至8成熟。

  3、下姜片、濕香菇、竹筍翻炒,加入精鹽、蚝油、白糖、二湯和雞塊焖至入味,勾芡即可。
