  1、酸菜50克,鴨子半隻,蔥适量,姜适量,大料1個,鹽0.5小匙,雞精0.5小匙,糖0.5小匙。

  2、做法:鴨子去内髒,用清水洗淨,剁成塊;酸菜切成細絲;蔥切段、姜切塊;鍋内放冷水,把酸菜下鍋;放入蔥、姜、大料;水燒開後,放入鴨子煮;開鍋後,加入鹽、少許糖改小火炖40分鐘,最後加入雞精,出鍋。
